David Capretto - President/Owner
David Capretto started his real estate career at the age of 18 working for a local real estate broker. After representing several local builders, he came to realize there was a need for a more organized, customer-oriented approach to home building. David founded Capretto Homes in 1990 and grew to become the 5th largest home builder in WNY. In 2002 he merged his successful company with Forbes Homes to create Forbes Capretto Homes, now the 2nd largest builder in WNY. With 25 years of experience building high quality, custom homes, David is truly the dynamic driving force behind Forbes Capretto Homes; his steadfast dedication to providing the best possible home building experience for his clients is a constant source of inspiration to his employees and subcontractors alike.
John Giannicchi - Vice President of Operations
John became the 1st employee of Capretto Homes in 1993. During the 2002 merge between Capretto Homes and Forbes Homes he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. He enjoys providing our customers with high quality homes.

Kelly Licht - Controller
Kelly has a Bachelors degree in Business & Accounting from Buffalo State College, plus over 18 years of experience in public and private accounting. She joined the Forbes Capretto team in 2000 as the Controller. Kelly is responsible for all the day to day accounting functions.

Vince Celestino - Business Office Manager
Born in Buffalo, NY with a degree from Canisius College- Vince worked in the public accounting industry for 11 years before moving to the private sector. He joined the Forbes Capretto team in 1998 and oversees the business, human resource and office operations. He is also responsible for coordinating land development matters for our many real estate ventures.

Kristin Lechner - Closing Coordinator
Kristin joined the Forbes Capretto team in 1999 and has over 16 years of experience in the administrative field. Her responsibilities include management of contracts & title paperwork, coordinating all aspects of closing for each home between customers, lending institutions and attorneys. She prides herself on providing a smooth closing process for all our homebuyers.

William Pearce - Senior Architectural Designer
Bill has a degree in Architectural Technology and over 27 years experience in the industry. He joined the Forbes Capretto team in 1993. Bill creates the construction drawings and 3 dimensional renderings which give homeowners the ability to visualize their home before construction begins.

Cole Munson - Lead Estimator
Cole has a degree from SUNY Morrisville. He has worked in the residential construction field for over 5 years, both as an estimator and rough framer. He joined the Forbes Capretto team in 2008.

Sharon Fox - Selections Coordinator / Home Décor Store
Sharon graduated from Villa Maria College in Interior Design & Business Management. She worked for over 18 years at Mecorney's Decorating Center and Audrey Johnson Interiors before joining the Forbes Capretto team in 2005. Sharon enjoys working with clients on making selections for their new custom homes. Since the addition of the Home Décor Store - she has helped many customers add those special touches - including blinds, wall paper, decorative custom window treatments and faux finishes.

Alisa Gasz - Selections Coordinator / Home Décor Store
Alisa has a B.A. in Fine Arts from Buffalo State College. She worked as an intern at Interior Design Resources during college. After college, she joined Audrey Johnson interiors before joining the Forbes Capretto team in 2006. Alisa enjoys helping customers choose from the many options and features they can include in their new custom home. Since the addition of the Home Décor Store - she has helped many customers add those special touches - including blinds, wall paper, decorative custom window treatments and faux finishes.

Phil Vasquez - Assistant Field Supervisor
Phil has been a member of the Forbes Capretto team since 2000. His duties include: getting homes into a finish state so they are ready for closing and working hands on with homeowners in the field to satisfy any building need they may have.

Charles Kobee - Assistant Field Supervisor
Charles has been a member of the Forbes Capretto team since 2006. His duties include: getting homes into a finish state so they are ready for closing and working hands on with homeowners in the field to satisfy any building need they may have.

Frank Casino - Warranty Coordinator
Frank started with Forbes Capretto in 1984. As the Warranty Coordinator he oversees the year end warranty process and any questions that customers might have during the first year of occupancy. He is also the liaison between the customer and the subcontractors after closing.

Stacey Spokane - Director of Sales
Area(s) of Expertise: Amherst, Clarence, Pendleton, Grand Island and Lancaster
Stacey graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Ohio State University. She joined the Forbes Capretto team in 1994 as a receptionist and several months later was asked to become a New Home Consultant. She was promoted to Director of Sales in 2005.

Helene Abate - New Home Consultant
Area of Expertise: Orchard Park, Elma, East Aurora and Hamburg
Helene graduated from Alfred College with a degree in Architecture. For 20 years she worked as a home designer for a WNY home builder. She joined the Forbes Capretto team in 2002 as a New Home Consultant.

Jennifer Morgan - New Home Consultant
Jennifer graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Business Administration. After college she worked as a sales & marketing representative for a national home builder - selling over 100 homes. She joined the Forbes Capretto team as a New Home Consultant in 2008.
